Hyaluronic Acid

I am taking hyaluronic acid, an unknown supplement for some folks, however I have seen remarkable results in my skin lubrication and hydration as a special natural moisturizer. Be careful out there when you are using topical moisturizers, I haven't had a good experience using them my last one was CeraVe and the results were an extremely dry, red, itchy skin. So this supplement is other choice you have.
The impact that I have noticed the most has been in my eyes. It has refreshed them pretty amazing, when I don't sleep well the night before, so in the morning this is a nice relief I get, almost immediately. I cant say H. A. cured my rosacea but it is an important aid.

Probiotics

Probiotics, one of the most powerful supplement, did not help me with my Rosacea. I tried them in several opportunities without noticing any improvement in my condition. Although, they can optimize digestions functions, testosterone levels and the immune system. Sexual desires and sperm were increased taking probiotics, it is a great support for sleeping issues. I have observed more times going to the bathroom. They are expensive, especially from G.N.C.  So I guess my gut its not the main cause, but the importance of having the right balance of bacteria is undeniable when dealing with rosacea is all about.

Pills of apple cider vinegar

Spring Valley Apple Cider Vinegar Potassium Capsules, 450 mg, 100 Ct
I took pills  of apple cider vinegar during a short period of time, it helped me with the redness but the upsetting in my stomach was unbearable. The conclusion I got from this experience was I might have issues in the acid mantel or the  body 's pH.The acid mantle is a very fine, slightly acidic film on the surface of the skin acting as a barrier to bacteria, viruses and other potential contaminants that might penetrate the skin. It is secreted by sebaceous glands. The pH of the skin is between 4.5 and 6.2, so it is acidic. I bought the same capsules  than the picture below. Natural apple cider vinegar usually has a pH level of about 5 to 7. Any substance with a pH level lower than 7 is considered acid and anything higher a base, therefore, make it an acid. It would be great to check out our body 's  pH . Washing our face to much or scrubbing it may affect the acid mantle. I used to do that many times per day, and now I have skin conditions. One time to day its enough.......
