I took pills of apple cider vinegar during a short period of time, it helped me with the redness but the upsetting in my stomach was unbearable. The conclusion I got from this experience was I might have issues in the acid mantel or the body 's pH.The acid mantle is a very fine, slightly acidic film on the surface of the skin acting as a barrier to bacteria, viruses and other potential contaminants that might penetrate the skin. It is secreted by sebaceous glands. The pH of the skin is between 4.5 and 6.2, so it is acidic. I bought the same capsules than the picture below. Natural apple cider vinegar usually has a pH level of about 5 to 7. Any substance with a pH level lower than 7 is considered acid and anything higher a base, therefore, make it an acid. It would be great to check out our body 's pH . Washing our face to much or scrubbing it may affect the acid mantle. I used to do that many times per day, and now I have skin conditions. One time to day its enough.......
